The SBC condominium fees include air conditioning, Internet, satellite TV, condominium insurance (but contents of the apartment are insured separately), maintenance of the elevators, the swimming pool, public common areas, 24-hour security and reception, video surveillance…,

Important notice:  the elevators and central air conditioning have been changed very recently.  The bar-restaurant usually offers a reduction of 20% on meals and 25% on drinks to owners.

Evening parties are organized during the week (rum punch, fruit punch, and other cocktails are offered on Saturdays for the welcome party, on Mondays and during the Karaoke Party, the Caribbean Party on Tuesday, Marcia’s Luckiest Bingo on Wednesdays, Music evening on Thursdays, Latino Night on Fridays, otherwise: happy everyday hours from 12:00 pm to 1:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Other free activities usually offered:  aqua-gym, aerobics once a week, initiation to yoga or similar activities.
