This beachfront 9 acre parcel of land has already been excavated and prepared for construction. In 2006 plans and permits were approved at this beachfront location for 200 rooms + Casino as part of the Barbaron Beach Condo Hotel (which was rumored to be branded as a Trump property). Shortly after the plans were announced the world economy changed and the project never came to fruition. The plans that were approved for the Barbaron hotel in 2006 are NOT included with the asking price of US$12,500,000. This being said it is possible to purchase these plans and permits from the company that owns them. It is also possible to apply for new plans and permits, knowing this location has already been approved for resort development.
