Once upon a time Dutch Queen stayed in two adjacent villas (one was Villa Moderna) during her royal visit to Sint Maarten. Since then this stunning villa underwent extensive renovation in 2014 and was offered for rent early in 2015 for the first time. Totally beautiful, privately owned, fully air-conditioned 2,400 sq.ft. (250 sq.m.) oceanfront villa is located right on the beach. It has all the amenities one could wish for including private pool at the covered front balcony. The privacy and the beauty of this Villa are unsurpassed. Maximum occupancy is six persons.

Villa Moderna is privately owned and operated, however all the amenities of the Beach Club are available, including the activities desk with concierge, Olympic size pool with an island and gardens, gym, and car rental desk. Cupecoy Beach is within 5 min walking. You can also walk to Citrus restaurant and Atlantis Casino with all its restaurants. Just after that is the Mullet Bay Golf Course. It will take you 7 min to walk to the Blue Mall and Porto Cupecoy with its restaurants and gourmet Grocery store.The airport is about 15 minutes by car. It is about the same 15 minutes by car to southeast and Marigot, the French side capital, and to Philipsbourg.
