Villa 6 – Villas en Gran Bahía

I recently was looking for a new apartment, but felt a bit indecisive about where to move, so decided to contact IRE. And it was the best choice I made. I literally just had to tell the agent, Kristen, in laymans terms what I thought I was looking for and she communicated directly with a couple options including videos, pictures and a voicenote describing the properties. The site visit was well coordinated around my busy schedule and closing the deal was seemless, and even after closing she checked in to see how things are at the new place. Super happy with my new place. Thanks IRE!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cherise from the Island Real Estate (IRE) team in selling my home. The process took some months with numerous showings and negotiations. It was in those moments, I understood the importance of having a great agent and considered myself blessed to have Cherise as my Realtor. She was exceptionally helpful every step of the way, giving advice and direction. As for the IRE team…they’re fantastic too, incredibly personable and accessible. Highly recommended. Thank you.
